You can make Tortillas at home from scratch. Home made Tortillas are much better than store bought. This is very simple and easy recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of plain Flour and 1 Cup of Wheat Flour
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Salt to taste
- Warm Water
Directions:-

- Mix flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl. Add oil and rub.
- Gradually add warm water and knead to a smooth dough. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide dough into 5 or 6 equal portion, roll each portion into a thin circle.
- In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray or oil, cook tortillas over medium heat until both side lightly browned. Keep warm.
