Kids are not found of eating green leafy vegetables.Spinach is one of them. My girls do not like to eat spinach. Dia.thinks its very bitter. I always thought how to feed them this beautiful green leafy vegetable.This recipe for those who don't like eat Spinach.
Samgari (Ingredients)
- 1 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 cup Spinach
- Remove the palak leaves from its stem,clean it and chop it coarsely.Pureed in a mixer.
- Add salt and oil into the flour.
- Add required pureed palak to make a soft dough
- Make equal sized balls and roll to thin parathas.Heat a tava,sprinkle little oil and roast the parathas.
- Serve with any choice of vegetable or Dal.
- I served with Shahi Paneer!
