Palak (Spinach) Paratha





Kids are not found of eating green leafy vegetables.Spinach is one of them. My girls do not like to eat spinach.  Dia.thinks its very bitter. I always thought how to feed them this beautiful green leafy vegetable.This recipe for those who don't like eat Spinach.

Samgari (Ingredients)
  • 1 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 cup Spinach





Vidhi (Direction)
  • Remove the palak leaves from its stem,clean it and chop it coarsely.Pureed in a mixer.
  • Add salt and oil into the flour.
  • Add required pureed palak to make a soft dough
  • Make equal sized balls and roll to thin parathas.Heat a tava,sprinkle little oil and roast the parathas.
  • Serve with any choice of vegetable or Dal.
  • I served with Shahi Paneer!
