Every Gujarati grows up with this pickle, it is a part of every meal we have. This pickle is freshly made almost daily and goes very well with Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
Over the years we have had several guests who have visited us and one thing that is a necessity during any occasion is this pickle. It is always in demand.
The combination of taste and ease of making it is a rare one.

Ingredients
- 5 Bhavnagri Chilies or Jalapeno or Serrano chilies
- 1 Tablespoon splits Mustard seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Vegetable Oil
- Pinch Of Turmeric
- Slit green chilies and chop them into 2 inch pieces.
- Mix split mustard, salt, turmeric, lemon juice and oil.
- Now add chilies and mix it well.
- Transfer into a jar.
- "Ta da"!! Its ready..
