This dish is super easy, quick and full of flavor! I find leftovers are more tastier.
Serves- 4
Ingredients
- 300 Grams Linguine ( I used Spaghetti )
- 2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Cup Green Onion Chopped
- 1/2 Cup shredded Carrot
- 1 Cup Broccoli cut in to florest
- 1 Cup Mushroom sliced
- 1/2 Cup French Beans cut in to lengthwise
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh garlic minced
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Soy sauce
- 3 Tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Garlic Sauce
- Cook pasta in large pot salted water. Until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and toss.
- Mix honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar and red chili garlic sauce in a bowl. set aside.
- Heat remaining oil in a wok. Add ginger, garlic and green onion. Saute for two min.
- Add chopped vegetables and salt. cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add honey peanut butter sauce to this mixture and stir.
- Pour sauce over cooked pasta.
- serve warm.
