Homemade Guacamole

I wanted to try Guacamole for ages, but it was so difficult get ripe Avocado. Whenever I went to the super market I bought some green Avocados and they were rock - hard. I could not
wait to try Homemade Guacamole. But waiting to get Avocado ripened is like never ending.

There are one or two trick you can do to ripen the Avocados. Place 2 or 3 Avocado in a brown paper bag or wrap them in news paper and store at room temperature. That is what I do and it always works. :)

Guacamole is traditionally made by mashing ripe Avocado and sea salt with a mortar. But you can add tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice and chili or additional seasonings. You can serve Guacamole with Tortilla chips, Tacos, Quesadillas. But sometime I use as a Sandwich spread or on the burger as well.
